CANCELLATION POLICY

In case you want to cancel the reservation, please do so in writing. We use the following cancellation costs and terms:

  • from the moment of booking until 4 months before the agreed date, 25% of the booked amount will be charged;
  • from 4 months to 1 month before the agreed date, 50% of the booked amount will be charged;
  • within 1 month before the agreed date, 100% of the booked amount will be charged.
Even though we do not ask for a deposit, this does not mean that cancellations can be made free of charge. in case of Corona, the following conditions apply: No deposit. Payment only needs to be made when it is certain whether the holiday can continue. At the moment that means only one day before arrival. Cancel completely free of charge if:
  • We are closed because of Corona
  • The border is closed
  • Attractions, catering etc. are closed here.
In all other cases, our normal cancellation conditions apply (These also apply in the event of a positive Corona test. Many travel insurance policies have now included this as a valid reason to cancel) We hope that this will take away a bit of worry from you as a guest and of course encourage you to book!
